This hotel, after all, could hardly be more painstakingly tailored to its location - from its prominent setting on Cardiff’s city-center Queen Street to the surfeit of local color incorporated into its interior design. We had breakfast delivered free to the room on both mornings and it was fresh and hot. We also were given a complimentary late check out which was very welcome. We were given complimentary drinks in the bar as we were celebrating our anniversary. Don’t bother taking your own as you won’t need it! The bed was super comfy and the shower was also amazing. The mini bar was stocked daily with a nice selection of drinks. The room was very quirky and immaculately clean and fresh. We booked a superior double room with a view of the city. The smell on arrival was fresh and the scent came through their aircon. The whole experience from check in to check out was fabulous. We’ve just returned from a weekend away in this exquisite hotel.
